Best Practices

  • Subject matter oriented to the left with negative space (if possible) on the right
  • Experiment, explore, think of what would be interesting to see, close-ups, and different perspectives/points of view.
  • We are interested in video and photos showing the process of art making. For example, students taking an art class, creating a piece of art or music, enjoying a sculpture on campus, attending an arts performance and or exhibition.
I do control the copyright on all of the above video and photo material and confirm that I hold the right to grant the permission requested here. I grant permission for the University of Washington College of Arts & Sciences to use my video/photo on the ArtsUW homepage and any promotional material on the College of Arts and Sciences social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). *
